A Corner of the Tavern

I made this track at The Space in Late 2013, after opening up a book of Sufi Poetry by Hafez (or Hafiz) to a random page. The poem was called "A Corner of the Tavern" and as i read it, i began to feel a great feeling of joy that you can believe or not believe or whatever. It was there.
And i looked up, and then around me, and found that there i was, in the corner of this old tavern where we make our art. i picked up the Kaossilator and the Boss Dr. Sample i hadn't used in awhile and just got to making some music. Turned out, when i read the poem to the music, it fit with precision i really couldn't have mapped out.
